All products are fully guaranteed by GasHosesandRegulators.com or the original manufacturer to be free of manufacturing defects. The manufacturer's warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts.
On most items GasHosesandRegulators.com also offers a 14-day exchange/ refund policy for products which have not been used. We gladly work with the customer to resolve any issue.
Custom-manufactured hoses, drilled orifice fittings, or other custom-built items are not returnable. Products that show signs of wear, installation, or use rendering them unfit for re-sale are not acceptable for credit, refund, or exchange. Dust caps, dust plugs, and the Ashcroft low pressure test gauges are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items returned should be in original packaging and are returned at customer’s expense. Warranties are not transferrable.
Your credit card is charged automatically by PayPal at the time you place your order. No items may be returned for credit, refund, or exchange without prior consent. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which attempts to cover our costs of originally processing, packaging, and shipping the item by USPS or FedEx, as items are sold at a price which includes free shipping. An RA# by itself does not guarantee final disposition. Returns are subject to inspection. Customers pay shipping charges on alternate merchandise in an Exchange request. Customers must pack the returned materials in a manner to insure safe transit. Small items should be shipped UPS Ground Service "Insured". We will not accept C.O.D. or freight collect shipments.
