CUSTOM CONSTRUCTION HEATER HOSES and GENERATOR CONNECTORS    

GasHosesandRegulators.com sells construction heater hoses that are custom made with male normal pipe thread swivel fittings on each end.  Every hose is pressure tested under nitrogen prior to shipping.  These are unreservedly the highest quality and safest generator connector hoses available.  Our stainless steel overbraid gas hoses are almost squirrel-proof.  These ANSI Z21.54 hose connectors for natural and LP gas are engineered and manufactured to the highest specifications in the industry.  Sturgis uses only UL-certified steel within the inner core and domestic CA360 brass in the milled-end fittings.  This exceeds all CSA connector certifications.

Vibration from the generator is absorbed by the strip wound hose and it is not going to crack like metal connectors. The Temperature Range is: -40ºF to 200ºF (-40ºC to 93ºC) and the Pressure Rating is:  60 PSI Max.

♦  Custom manufactured lengths of generator connector and construction heater hose made of strip wound or strip wound with stainless steel overbraid are available in sizes 3/8", 1/2", or 3/4" .  
♦  Custom hoses can be supplied with a male quick connect plug, quick connect socket, or male NPT swivel on either end of the hose.  Quick connect/disconnect fittings for the larger size hoses are available by special order but may take a few weeks.
♦  Sizes 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2", and 2" ID, are supplied with fixed male normal pipe threads on one end and swivel male normal pipe threads on the other end.  

♦  Strip wound hoses are rated up to 5 psi natural gas or propane in strip wound and are rated to 60 psi for the strip wound with the stainless steel overbraid. 
♦  These are the absolute highest quality and safest generator connector and construction heater hoses available. 
♦  This is a special hose which will remain flexible in cold weather.  
♦  Custom generator hose and construction heater hose are shipped via UPS, only after pressure testing under nitrogen.
